Ingredients:
Varatika – cowry shells processed in Ayurvedic herbs as per sastric reference.
Standard Dosage:
Standard Adult dose – 125 – 250 mg twice a day
Children 1 to 16 years age – 30 – 125 mg twice a day
preferably with cow ghee, honey or Guduchi Sattwa
or as directed by the Ayurvedic Physician
Precautions & Side Effects:
Take only within prescribed dose.
Do not exceed dose.
The product does not have side-effects if taken within dose, however overdose can sometimes increase the heartbeat temporarily.
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container
Do not expose to moisture
Do not insert wet spoon into the container
No side-effects if consumed in advised dose
